We had so much fun on our yearly trip to Moab for the Easter Safari!! This year, Aaron and Kresha and their kids came along, and the kids had a blast together!!
Me, Kresh, and the girls rode with Derek most of the first day, and they decided to sing Tick Tock to him word for word at the top of their lungs! They also told him he wears girls underwear. They just LOVED teasing him! Poor guy had no idea what he was getting into :)

Later that night, we decided to go on Fins and Things with everyone. This is a VERY steep wall... as you can see, Kresha is bracing herself. I made them stop so I could take a pic :)

Saturday, we went to the Moab City Easter egg hunt with all the kids. This is one of our favorite traditions!

After the egg hunt, we took the kids swimming. Immediately after they were done, everyone left to go on Hells Revenge trail, and we had NO time to get ready, so the kids threw on the first thing they could find, and I had to take a pic of the outfit Addie came up with :)

This trail has many steep rock hills, and I get a little nervous driving up them so we hiked up a few.

Sooo, it got dark on us, and after all of the ridiculously challenging obstacles that Barry faced and conquered the past 2 days, he missed a 2 foot drop on the sand trail and snapped his fuel line! There we were, in the middle of nowhere, pitch black, with all the kids, and a broken jeep. Luckily, my cousin Brandon, who just happens to be a mechanic, and Josh with all his tools, were there to rig it back together enough to get us off the mountain.

They actually took tubing from under the hood to clamp the fuel line shut! It just isn't a trip to Moab until something gets broken!

We finally got it fixed after an hour or so and began driving down the steep mountain in the dark. At one point, the guys had to stand outside the vehicle windows to talk each other down with the help of a flashlight and headlights. It was a little scary at times, but overall the best time all weekend! (That is a cliff to the right)
It was a trip to remember, and definitely gave us a story to share for a long time! Can't wait until next year!!
"Are you the black jeep?"
(Had to be there)
